Wat do we do with your personal data?
Persons who don’t need your personal details, don’t get it. We only give your personal details to third parties with the purpose of performing their services. We require those companies to carefully handle your data.
We use the e-mail services of Minty Hosting and MailChimp. During the checkout you determine whether your personal data may be forwarded to MailChimp. Both Minty Hosting and MailChimp process personal data on our behalf and don’t use your data for their own purposes. These parties can collect metadata to improve their services. This isn’t personal data. These e-mail services have taken technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your data as much as possible. Minty Hosting and MailChimp don’t have access to our mailboxes.
Delivering your order
We need your name, e-mail address, address details and payment details to deliver your order. With this information we can send you the products and keep you informed about your order. Your data will be forwarded to the delivery services we work with: Myparcel, PostNL, DHL and DPD. We require these third parties to handle your personal data carefully and to only use it for the purpose of performing their services. They’ve taken technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. If the company use subcontractors, they will also forward you details to these parties.
To process payments in our webshop, we use payment provider Mollie. We use the payment processors iDeal, Afterpay, Mister Cash, KBC / CBC, SOFORT Banking, Mastercard, Maestro and Paypal. The mentioned platforms process your name, address and payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. The payment services we work with have taken technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. iDeal, Afterpay, Mister Cash, KBC / CBC, SOFORT Banking, Mastercard, Maestro and Paypal reserve the right to share your data anonymously with third parties in order to improve their services.
Paying afterwards can be done via Afterpay. Afterpay uses your name, e-mail address and phone number. We use your name, address and e-mail address. To remind you to pay the bill, you’ll receive a payment reminder. Afterpay will contact you via e-mail or the telephone. We require this external party to handle your personal data carefully.
To save some time at your next order, we save your name, address and e-mail address after asking your permission. This means you don’t have to pass this information on every time you visit our webshop. We also keep records of your previous orders, with the advantage that you can easily find it back. What are cookies?
