Are you just not completely satisfied with your purchase? That’s unfortunate, but it happens!

On this page you’ll find a numerous of criteria which your return package must fulfil, and a step-by-step plan to make the return process as smooth as possible. Important: Returning an order is at your own cost.

Return conditions

Check here if the items you wish to return are eligible:
– The items you wish to return fall within the 14 days’ policy
– The items you wish to return must not have any marks or other damage
– The items you wish to return still have the original labels attached
– Earrings, lingerie, briefs and swimwear can only be returned if the original packaging was not broken

Return request

Signing up

Click on the button and follow the instruction to register the items you wish to be returned. This is possible up to 14 days after delivery.

Packaging

Check whether the items you want to return still have the original labels and tags and don’t contain any stains, marks or other damage. Put the items you wish to return into the original packaging. Close the box securely. Place the return label, which you have received through an email, on the box; over the old original label.
Please mind: Combining multiple orders into one return package is not possible.

Shipping

Bring your return package to a Post-NL service point or post office in your area. Save the shipping receipt. You can see where you can deliver the return package via MyParcel.

Refund

When Marcez indicates your returned items have been properly received in good condition, your payment obligation will lapse. Have you paid already? Then we will refund you within 5 working days.

Have you received your item but it doesn’t seem to fit? Or would you prefer your item in a different colour? No problem, you can always exchange your item(s) within 14 days after delivery.

Exchanging an item

Does your package meet all the requirements? Now you can continue with the process of exchanging your desired item. Items can be exchanged by returning the items on your own expenses, followed by immediately placing a new order on our website. This way, you’ll see whether the items you wish to get instead are available, or not. Items placed into the shopping cart are not reserved.
Is your desired size or colour no longer in stock? Select your desired size or colour you wish to get in the shop and subscribe to get a stock update when this items comes back in stock.
If you place a new order to replace your faulty item, please keep in mind you have to re-pay the new order or receive a new separate invoice.
